My Journey
My first solo entrepreneurial venture was founding a commercial facilities services company at a young age. I managed my small team as we maintained government facilities, local businesses, and national retail chains.

I believe operations are the foundation of a successful business; and I absolutely delight in helping other women in business improve their efficiency. My contributions behind the scenes have been diverse, ranging from establishing operational foundations in startups; to building remote teams; and designing scalable workflows.

I've been mentored by generations of dedicated, creative, and driven business owners. These people made a way when no one said they could. They triumphed in the face of adversity. From them, I learned invaluable lessons and gained firsthand experience.

My most influential mentor was my father. It was from him that I learned how to give 110%, to work really hard, and how to be a client's biggest fan. Being immersed in an entrepreneurial environment provided me with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the business journey. Witnessing the highs and lows, the wins and the losses -
I developed a genuine passion for business ownership. I have a Bachelor's Degree of Liberal Studies with a Minor in Management and Minor in Project Management. However, life is what gave me my first and most valuable secular education.
